No, if purchase confirmation is not received via email that does not indicate the order was not submitted properly. email confirmations can sometimes be flagged as spam or junk mail. to be sure your order was submitted correctly log into your account and click on the track tab. your most recent order should be displayed 1st and previous orders following. |
