Please try updating your browser first and if that doesn't fix the problem you can either contact customer care for further instructions or you can submit your order using "money order" as the payment option. then in a separate browser log into you paypal account and click on the option that reads "send money". once you do so you will be prompted for an email address. submit the payment to sales@hairsisters.com. be sure to include the order number provided when you submitted your order in the notes section so we know where to apply the payment. then lastly contact customer care to notify you have submitted payment and ensure the payment is posted in a timely manner. |

Usually paypal payments are refunded for 1 of 2 reasons. either the paypal account is unconfirmed/unverified or we cannot locate an account to apply the payment to. if your payment is refunded due to the account being unconfirmed/unverified we usually detail a note along with the refund requesting you contact paypal and confirm/verify your account with them. however if we were unable to locate an account to apply the payment we will simply refund the transaction. |

Effective june 1st, 2011 hairsisters is no longer accepting personal checks as a form of payment. however we do accept money order, visa, mastercard, paypal and bank wire transfer for international orders. |

For domestic customers a 3-way conference call with your bank or credit card company is a secure method for credit card verification since you will be the one entering all your sensitive information through the keypad a representative will not have access to any that information. otherwise the order can be cancelled for refund and you can place a new order using paypal or money order as your payment method. for international customers who prefer not to provide the information required for credit card verification funds can be refunded and payment can be submitted via paypal or bank wire transfer. |

Funds are debited immediately upon placing an order however when orders are flagged by our fraud department the hold prevents the order from shipping until we can verify fraud is not being committed.if an order turns out to be fraudulent and we have the order on hold we can cancel the transaction and return the funds back to account used to purchase protecting both the consumer and our company from loss. |

Hairsisters does not take funds nor accepts payment for declined transactions, the funds are held while a fraud detection filter is processed basically verifying that the card has not been reported lost or stolen. once the fraud detection filter is complete the funds are release back into the account. |

Orders can be cancelled and submitted for refund immediately upon your request. however once the refund is actually issued it takes to 2-3 business days for the transaction to settle and payment to be accepted from our credit card merchant to your bank or credit card company. unfortunately this process cannot be expedited. |

Usually credit card verification is requested for 1st time customers who have placed an order and requested the order to ship to a different address other than the billing address for the card used, or if some of the information provided for the billing address do not match with what the credit card merchant has on file and of course for international orders where credit card information cannot be verified by our credit card merchant. the reason we request verification is to ensure credit card fraud is not being committed and someone is intending on purchasing with a stolen card and intending on shipping to another address. |
