In order to do a return, customer needs to logged in to hairsisters' account. once you have logged in,
click "my account" then click "return (rma)" under the "orders" category on the left side.
then you will see all your order list and if return falls within the
return date item(s) will be in powder black, but if order has passed the return date then item(s) will be powder gray.
once you have filled out all parts a rma form will be sent
via email. print the form and include with your return.

The uniqueness of a lace front wig is the ability to be able to trim the lace to fit an individuals natural hairline. once the lace is cut on a lace front wig the item despite being new will not be eligible for resale as another individual will not be able to trim the item to their specific needs. |
