Once your order has shipped out, delivery time usually take 5 to 10 days to deliver to your apo address.
however, there has been rare instance that the delivery time may take up to 30 days.

Same day shipping means that an order will ship out same day if two conditions mean:
1) all your order items are same say shipping items.
2) if an order is received by 4pm cst monday through friday.
same day shipping does not mean an order will be deliver to your shipping address same day but will take regular shipping deliver days either via ups or usps. |

Unfortunately, we do not split ship orders. if your order contains both regular processing items and same day shipping items the order will automatically take 3 business days of processing time before shipping your order. |

Once your order has shipped and tracking information is updated to your account after 6pm cst onto your hairsisters' account. you can see the tracking number by logging into your hairsisters' account and clicking either the “order status” tab or "my account" then order number located in the top bar. |

If your package was shipped via usps and reads delivered however you have not received your package please contact your local post office and provide the tracking number for more information. if they cannot provide further information an “inquiry” may be required which you can start by contacting the usps toll free number which can be found on www.usps.com. if your package was shipped via ups please contact hairsisters' customer care so we can start a tracer investigation with ups. |

Hairsisters uses both ups & usps for shipping and depending on weight and distance our shipping department will ship via the quickest delivery company. |

Unfortunately international shipping cost is much expensive than the us customers so we cannot offer free shipping to international customers. |

Hairsisters accepts prepaid credit cards as an acceptable form of payment and our system cannot tell the difference between a bank issued card or a prepaid card so full payment is deducted at the time of purchase. |

If your order has all same day shipping items and was place before 4pm cst monday through friday then your order will ship out same day.
