You may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped.
Call 1-866-424-7747 during Hairsisters hours of operation (Monday-Friday 8am-6pm US Central Time) to request an order cancellation.
Once we receive your cancellation request you will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-3 business days.
If you can’t talk to a representative to cancel your order you can still cancel your order by leaving us a message at 1-866-424-7747 (make sure to leave your order number, name and state that you want to cancel your order).
We do not take cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day. |

| 2. Can I change my order once submitted? |

You may request to cancel an item from your order, upgrade shipping or change the shipping address provided the order has not shipped. However, adding or exchanging items once the order has been submitted is not permitted.
