| I received my order of 12" Bobraz yesterday, extremely angry and disappointed as the hair i have received is DEFINITELY NOT Bobraz!!! I have ordered this hair from Hairsisters on several occassions and i am very familiar with the presentation/texture and look of this hair. The bundle i have received is straight, does not have the same wave/curl pattern and is less fluffy/poofier in appearance when removed from the packaging, it is basically a European hair. I live in the UK and paid a considerable amount for the hair, the postage and packaging/shipping and then an additional £23 Customs Tax. I'm guessing that any complaint will be met with a request to return the hair at my own expense....times are hard right now, i am soooooo angry!!!! I have done a bit of research on BHM and wish i had done so before using this site again as it would appear that alot of people have had this experience. If the company can no longer get hold of the product why not just say its discontinued instead of trying to pass off a poor substitute to customers who know their products! #UNACCEPTABLE |

| I'm loving this hair more and more each day. I did my own sew-in and it turned out very nice. I read about the shedding so I glued my ends and even glued the knots of the spring for extra security. So far the shedding has been minimum. Will post pics once I take some, lol. |

| yes the hair can be worn straight but, i would suggest having a professional blow it straight, and flatiron it because you will get frustated you have to straighten the hair small portions at a time and it will take a while |

| as far as products i use pantene pro-v curl moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, and granier fructis curl and shine leave in conditioner, pantene's curl defining scrunching gel mixed with citri-shine frizz taming serum!!! i have found that these products work best for moisture and shine and frizz control, i have not tried bohyme's products but the ones the offer ar not what i would recommend for this hair texure!!! |

| Ms. JORGENSEN your knowledge on this product and what to use on it is amazing. I really appreciate your advice. I am going to purchase this hair in the next week or so. I have a few additional questions regarding color and how much hair should I use. I usually wear #30 and #27 (which are both pretty light in colors). Should I use a darker color because these colors tend to look a little dry? I first saw this hair on my cousin, who wore #1 (Black). She didn’t have half the expertise regarding this product as you do (some days she looked like a wild women). She suggested that I use 1 and ½ packs. What do you suggest? I am a little nervous about wearing this hair because I have seen its volume. I LOVE Big hair but I am a professional women with a diva like image to maintain LOL! | ms.quetel, i am sooo glad my info has help!!!!! first let me address the amount of hair to use, on the first application i use one pack which was more than enough it provides nice volume, for the second and third day after washing, but it wont over power you or appear inappropriate in a professional atmosphere.but by the second application 1/2 of a second pack would have been helpful!! second, to address color, since this is virgin hair, the addition of color is the only chemical process it will recive so natural lustre should be preserved, i used the 1b color, but if you follow the instructions, there should be plenty of moisture, if i am wrong concerning the lighter colors!!! i also forgot to tell you how in which style i wore my hair,i left hair around the perimeter of my head out, enough to cover the weft, and my hair was braid, in what is refered to as an around-the-world pattern, and the tracks were sewn in in a circular pattern, this allowed me to were the hair in a seamless and comfortable ponytail. the hair that remains loose will be perfectly matched if you do a two strand twist to the scalpat night, but you have to twist it tight,using large strands so that the hair has the same size curls!!!! again i am so glad i could help if you need further instruction my email address is hanksgirl_4@hotmail.com maybe i can find a pic i could send you. and before i forget, be warned the hair will scare you right out of the package it will look as if it has no curl what so ever, but in the true fashion of curly hair soon as water hits it, the curls will bloom,it may help to wet the hair to make it curl up,and let it air dry before having it applied!!! if you have any other questions youcan post them here of email them to me!!!! |

| it has just dawned on me that if you go to www.naturegirl.net and select natural beauty collection, scroll down and the brazilian curly 3b is exactly what this hair look like when styled, curl wise but this hair is coarser, which i love!!! |

| I would love to get this hair but. I'm currently growing out my mohican and my hair is about 3/4 of an inch on the sides. My stylist said she can use extensions to secure the tracks. I'd love to have a parting but im not sure that it would suite me as i find that fringes are very flattering on my face. Does anyone know if it is possible to have a closed parting on the crown of my head with a fringe. Is the texture suitable for a fringe? |
