| Best hair ever! Mine sheds minimal but only comb it out wet! Twist it up at night blends amazing! I wear it straight n curly! Would post a picture but on my phone when this comes out I will re install! I use leave in conditioner anti-freeze, curl solution, all in a spray bottle mixed with water! FYI: the hair does swell this is the only combination I have found that keeps it at a good size I live in Japan now so it's much more humid! Must buy |

| I received my order of 12" Bobraz yesterday, extremely angry and disappointed as the hair i have received is DEFINITELY NOT Bobraz!!! I have ordered this hair from Hairsisters on several occassions and i am very familiar with the presentation/texture and look of this hair. The bundle i have received is straight, does not have the same wave/curl pattern and is less fluffy/poofier in appearance when removed from the packaging, it is basically a European hair. I live in the UK and paid a considerable amount for the hair, the postage and packaging/shipping and then an additional £23 Customs Tax. I'm guessing that any complaint will be met with a request to return the hair at my own expense....times are hard right now, i am soooooo angry!!!! I have done a bit of research on BHM and wish i had done so before using this site again as it would appear that alot of people have had this experience. If the company can no longer get hold of the product why not just say its discontinued instead of trying to pass off a poor substitute to customers who know their products! #UNACCEPTABLE |

| This review is not pertaining to this hair. This hair is beautiful, durable, easy to blend with any texture, etc. This review is a warning for consumers to be aware of the terrible service that you are likely to receive from HairSisters, hereby referred to as HS. I have been a customer since at least 2007, and have spent hundreds of dollars with HS. The service was not like this in the beginning, but has deteriorated over the years. Long story short: paid for my order on 4/2/11 for of two packages of this product -for a total of $219. It is now 5/16/11 and still no product. The only communication about my order was on April 7th when I sent an email inquiring about the order. I was told then that it was backordered for up to 10-15 business days. I would like to pause to ask the questions why was I not told that before my payment was processed, and I why did I have to contact HS to find out what was going on, instead of HS reaching out to me with an update? Back to the issue. I patiently waited the 10-15 business day before contacting the live chat and email to inquire about my order. When I was once again told the backorder/10-15 business day script again, I made it emphatically clear that HS was on the verge of losing me as a customer and my informing as many people as possible. After waiting two more weeks with no response, I requested an immediate refund. It is 24 hours later and I still have not received any acknowledgement or money. HairSisters, you will be lucky if I decide not to have my attorney draft a letter demanding that you pay interest for the 34 plus days you have held my money. I am sure you will screen this review or remove it, but do not think that this is the only avenue that I will take to make good on what I said I would do. |

| I'm loving this hair more and more each day. I did my own sew-in and it turned out very nice. I read about the shedding so I glued my ends and even glued the knots of the spring for extra security. So far the shedding has been minimum. Will post pics once I take some, lol. |

I have installed this hair on my sister before and ordering this for myself for the first time. Some reoccuring questions I see that I will address:
1. Yes, this hair can be straightened. Human hair can be straightened.
2. This hair will blend with just about any hair type if you know proper techniques to blend hair, i'm currently transitioning to natural and wearing kinky curly hair from another vendor and I get my hair to blend flawlessly and it looks like my own.
3. The wefts can be split but the potential for shedding is increased so be sure to seal your wefts with a THICK fabric sealer (Dritz does NOTHING to combat shedding).

| yes the hair can be worn straight but, i would suggest having a professional blow it straight, and flatiron it because you will get frustated you have to straighten the hair small portions at a time and it will take a while |
